Hotel a Central Austin

“We loved the location right above Jo’s on 2nd St.! The apartment was very spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The property is right in the mix for downtown Austin, within easy walking distance for just about any activity. We had one problem, which is the TV in the living area wouldn’t connect to wifi, which meant you couldn’t watch anything. The bedroom TV worked great, and we weren’t there to watch tv anyway. “Breakfast are very unique at this location. It could really organize your day, hustle free. Food quality was good. ”

“The apartment was well equipped and everything was functional and located close to everything. The electricity was off in the middle of the night for about 30 minutes. Really quiet place except in the morning because of the construction also the parking lot seems on the scary side. Not many cars and full of dust, also abandoned vehicles.”

“You have to pay for breakfast when booking or in the morning when heading to the buffet. It was quiet but we read the reviews and took a room with the lake view away from the hwy and construction. The room we booked was spacious. I Would stay here again. We didn’t use any amenities wish we had more time for the pool . Front desk person was nice when checking in and checking out. They have a parking garage for extra parking besides the parking lot. Parking was free.”

“Fantastic stay at The Otis. Such an ideal location in downtown right by the university campus. The rooftop bar has quite a view and delicious cocktails. The restaurant at the hotel - Acre 41 - is a must visit. All of the dishes ordered by our party were excellent. We booked a King room with a view, which is recommended. Very comfortable bed and great shower. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.”

The place was very charming, and the breakfast was delicious, with yogurt, fresh berries, and different breakfast sandwishes and burritos, to name just a few of the choices. The owners as well as the man who prepared breakfast first two nights were all very kind and friendly. I highly recommed the place if you visit Austin! We'd definitely stay there again. ”
